I tried to contact tik tok several times but they never answered me. Then I réalised that maybe my new phone number was linked to this account because it was maybe the old phone number of the owner of the account. Because I rarely use tik tok I feared that someone hacked my account, so my first reaction was to change quickly my password. After being able to connect, I had the bad surprise to see that I was on someone’s else profile. Because I couldn’t remember my password or it was expired or I don’t know I received a code on my phone number. After a change of phone number, I tried to connect on tik tok.
