ScreenMarker displays a small bar of tools when you launch it. You can download it with a click on the following link: Note that we have done so for archiving purposes only and don't support the program in any form. We have uploaded the latest release version of ScreenMarker to our own server. It works fine on all recent versions of the Windows operating system though. The program is no longer available on its developer website suggesting that it has been abandoned. ScreenMarker with its 88 Kilobytes is such a program. If all the features worked correctly as they should and based on what the product says on the tin then I would seriously recommend this drawing utility if you want something quick and easy to use.While you may run dedicated software to make annotations on the screen during presentations or while recording videos of the desktop, it is sometimes sufficient if you use a lightweight program for the task instead. 3)The highlighter does not allow you to draw straight lines when holding down the shift key. You have to force shutdown the software and reopen for it to steady working again. When you activate the pen it does not activate and when you press shift key to draw a straight line it does not work. Clicking on various options in the tool bar, the drawing tool does not activate the corresponding feature e.
2)When you switch between active windows, the drawing tool starts playing up.
You have to terminate the process in Task Manager.
Below current bugs in latest software version (ver.3.11.28): 1)You cannot shutdown the software after use. Unfortunately the software tool is full of operational bugs.
